About Steady Step

Steady Step is a custom shoemaking workshop based in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. We make shoes by hand, to your measurements, so they fit the way a shoe should fit.

Why custom matters

Most shoes are made for an average foot that most people don't have. Too narrow here, too wide there, heel that slips, toe that pinches. We take your measurements before we cut a single piece of leather, so the shoe we make starts at your foot, not at a factory template.

What we make

Oxfords and loafers for men. Court pumps and sandals for women. And if you have something specific in mind, we do fully custom orders where you choose the style, leather, and colour.

Where we are

Our workshop is in Yenagoa. You come in for a fitting, we take your measurements, and we call or WhatsApp you when your shoes are ready. Walk-ins are welcome.

Pricing

Our shoes range from ₦10,000 to ₦30,000 depending on the style and leather. We keep our prices honest because we want to make this accessible to Yenagoa, not just to a few people.
